Our Story

St Mark’s Preschool

‘Be the Best for Our Childen” is the statement that guides the St. Mark’s Preschool.

Our staff and Preschool Board strive to be a school filled with joy and loving care where children and teachers are empowered to reach their full potential.

The ultimate goal for our preschool shall be for every child who comes through our program to leave with a strong sense of self-worth, a cornerstone to success in life. The school shall provide a Christian environment where preschool aged children are part of a rich educational learning environment as they develop a Christian foundation and understanding of what it means to be a part of a school community.

Our educated teachers all have college degrees with most having teaching certificates in elementary education. Many teachers have been with us for several years and have seen parents, children and siblings graduate from our program. Each staff member must participate in continuing education throughout the school year and undergo background checks.

The school will serve children aged two through five years old at enrollment. Children will stay for a partial day without meals provided by the school.
St. Mark’s Preschool staff shall function as a part of our total Church program; not as a separate program that uses the Church facility, but as a vital integrated part of our Church outreach.
